I’m Jürgen Westermeyer, an adventure and action sports photographer based in Prague, Czech Republic. I was born and raised in a small town in southern Chile, where I first picked up a camera at 16 while working at a ski resort. Drawn by backcountry snowboarding and a curiosity to explore, I quickly discovered that photography was my way of connecting with the outdoors — and telling the stories within it.

Since 2012, I’ve worked as a professional photographer, collaborating with brands such as Red Bull, Patagonia, and Adidas, among others. My experience spans commercial, editorial, and large-scale productions in complex environments.

I thrive under pressure and bring a strong sense of purpose and adaptability to every assignment. What drives me is not just capturing action, but creating images that are honest, immersive, and intentional — even in the most unpredictable conditions.
